Felicitation Ceremony Celebrates Young Creators at MCHSS

Srinagar, September 23: A felicitation ceremony honoring the winners of the Photography, Filmmaking, and Creative Writing Competition was held at Minto Circle Higher Secondary School (MCHSS), showcasing the vibrant creativity of its students.

The event was attended by Altaf Hussain, Vice Chairman of MCHSS;  Zahoor Ahmad, Principal; and Arshid Dar, a senior journalist and filmmaker, who came together to encourage and celebrate the budding talents.

Addressing the gathering, Altaf Hussain underscored the importance of such creative platforms, stating, “Workshops and competitions like these play a vital role in preparing students for the digital age while sharpening their creative skills.”

Principal Zahoor Ahmad reaffirmed the school’s commitment to fostering artistic expression. “We will continue to host such programs to provide students with opportunities to learn from industry professionals and gain practical exposure,” he said.

Felicitation Ceremony Celebrates Young Creators at MCHSS

Congratulating the participants,  Arshid Dar praised the potential of MCHSS students. “With proper training and mentorship, these young creatives have the ability to compete on both national and international stages,” he remarked.

The ceremony served not only as a celebration of talent but also as a recognition of the students’ dedication to the fields of art, media, and literature.
