Kashmiri Pandits Commemorate ‘Nishkasan Diwas’: A Solemn Call for Homeland Reclamation

Under the banner of Youth 4 Panun Kashmir, hundreds of Kashmiri Pandits observed the 35th year of Exodus, known as ‘Nishkasan Diwas,’ at Central Park, Delhi. The solemn occasion was dedicated to their unwavering quest to reclaim their Homeland.

The event aimed to raise awareness about the significant challenges faced by the community, highlighting the strength and perseverance that define their journey. Eminent speakers such as J Sai Deepak, Dr. Agnishekhar, Amit Raina, Anand Ranganathan, Dr. Charrudutt Pingle, and Advocate Vishnu Jain stressed the importance of solidarity, understanding, and support to address the complex issues confronting the displaced community.

In a symbolic gesture, participants lit candles to represent hope, unity, and the resolute determination to overcome the trials of the past. The event concluded with a call to action, urging individuals and organizations to actively contribute to the restoration of justice, peace, and the return of Kashmiri Pandits to their ancestral roots.

“Nishkasan Ka Dard Diwas” served as a poignant reminder of the resilience embedded within the Kashmiri Pandit community and their steadfast commitment to rebuilding their lives and reclaiming their Homeland.
