In a post on X, Srinagar police, as per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) informed that a 5-member special investigation team headed by SP south City is investigating the matter.
Police also said that they have obtained 6 days remand of the accused.
“One DySP of 17th IRP namely Adil Mushtaq arrested in FIR no 149/2023 u/s 7, 7A of Prevention of corruption Act & sections 167, 193,201,210,218,221 of IPC of Nowgam PS.
