JKPC condemns Sonmarg Terror attack

Srinagar, October 21: The Jammu Kashmir Press Corps (JKPC) has strongly condemned the brutal killing of seven civilians in a terrorist attack that took place in the Gagangir area of Sonamarg.

In a statement, the JKPC described the incident as a “horrific terror attack on innocent laborers,” emphasizing the senseless nature of the violence. The press corps members expressed profound sorrow over the loss of lives and extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families. The organization also conveyed its prayers and support for the swift recovery of those injured in the tragic incident.

The JKPC underscored the devastating impact such attacks have on efforts to build peace and stability in Jammu and Kashmir, calling for immediate action to ensure the safety of civilians engaged in essential development work.
